Escape Marrakech and travel through some of Morocco’s most spectacular scenery on a private 4-day adventure to the Sahara Desert. Journey across the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, visit the legendary Aït Ben Haddou, and continue through the desert gateway of Ouarzazate. Spend the first night near Zagora before following the lush Draa Valley, famous for its endless palm groves and traditional villages. Reach Merzouga, where a camel trek takes you deep into the dunes for an unforgettable night under the stars in a desert camp. Wake early for a magical Sahara sunrise, then continue through Rissani, Erfoud , the towering Todra Gorge , and the beautiful Dades Valley before returning to Marrakech through the Atlas Mountains.
DAY 1 – MARRAKECH → TIZI N'TICHKA → AÏT BEN HADDOU → OUARZAZATE → ZAGORA
07:00–08:00 – Pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. 09:30 – Scenic stop at Tizi n'Tichka Pass for panoramic views. 12:00 – Guided visit to Aït Ben Haddou. 13:00 – Lunch break (not included). 14:30 – Short stop in Ouarzazate. 18:00 – Arrival in Zagora. 20:00 – Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional guesthouse or desert camp.
DAY 2 – ZAGORA → DRAA VALLEY → ALNIF → MERZOUGA
08:00 – Breakfast. 09:00 – Departure through the beautiful Draa Valley. 11:30 – Short stop in Alnif. 12:30 – Lunch break (not included). 16:00 – Arrival in Merzouga. 17:30 – Camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. 18:30 – Watch the sunset over the Sahara Desert. 20:00 – Traditional Moroccan dinner and overnight in a desert camp.
DAY 3 – MERZOUGA → RISSANI → ERFOUD → TODRA GORGE → DADES VALLEY
06:00 – Optional sunrise over the dunes. 07:30 – Breakfast at the camp. 09:00 – Departure via Rissani and Erfoud. 11:00 – Visit Todra Gorge. 13:00 – Lunch break (not included). 16:30 – Arrival in Dades Valley. 20:00 – Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4 – DADES VALLEY → OUARZAZATE → MARRAKECH
